Final Reality is the benchmark Remedy Entertainment released in May 1997, in cooperation with VNU Labs — and it’s the direct ancestor of 3DMark, which took over the same role for every generation of 3D hardware after it.
I have genuinely vivid memories of running it back then, on a 3D Rage Pro, an Intel i740, and a 3dfx Voodoo 2 — the exact generation of cards it was built to push.
